Iteration 4 - Time to take out the trash

Content: Steve and Philipp turn their attention to the ubiquitous “To-Do” list as a tool for tackling procrastination. While Philipp is one of those guys who thrives on a long (but not overly complicated) “To-Do” list, Steve can just about handle a Scrum Board and may adapt the 3+2 rule for task tracking. The two debate the merits of their respective styles, and the only thing they agree on is that at some point you just gotta make sure you take out the trash.

Iteration 3 - The Priority Of Priorities

Content: Change happens and estimates go awry, yet here we are more or less on time and on budget with the the third iteration of Agilelivin. Listen in on the conversation with Philipp and Steve as they talk about the priority of priorities–and the habit of setting habits. As our favourite scrum coach likes to say, “If you don’t know where you’re going, that’s where you’re going to end up.” To which we add, “If you’re going there by bike, wear a helmet.”

Iteration 2 - The Agile Manifesto

Content: This time we are trying to build part of the definition-groundwork for future episodes. Steve explains what the Agile Manifesto is, how it is related to SCRUM, how SCRUM is related to Toyota and finally how Steve is related to Chuck Norris.

Iteration 1 - Clutter the Internet

Content: You are looking at the first iteration of the agilelivin podcast. Yes, just go ahead and listen to it. You want a summary first? Well, Steve and Philipp are talking this time about what the name of the podcast should be where part of our inspiration comes from and how Steve is applying Continuous Integration for his everyday life.
